i feel like a lot of fiends on here want slurs to reclaim and like it’s not because they find something empowering in owning a stigmatized part of themselves but because they want to say a forbidden, nasty sounding word

ive said this before but a lot of people use “reclaimation” as an excuse to re-weaponize slurs and its just so. so transparent. you’re not reclaiming anything you are an edgelord

omgg this is ppl who like. find out theyre some percent of some race like way later in2 their lives and start saying slurs linked to that like the whole point of reclaiming slurs is being like. this is something thats affected me and im turning into something *im* choosing for myself its not a haha im so cool :) thing it's a personal choice that redefines somehing thats dehumanized u into something thats urs
