After the events of today I don’t understand how it is remotely possible to say he’s not an influence on white nationalists. A man posted his manifesto on 8chan and then shouted “subscribe to pewdiepie!” Before opening fire on a mosque in Christchurch, he was livestreaming the entire thing. It is impossible to ignore that he is an influence on people like this, and the “jokes” he makes cannot be treated as jokes because this is what comes of them
