i need y’all to stop fucking talking about pewdiepie for at least a split second so you can realize that this act of terrorism is a cog in the well oiled machine of white nationalism and supremacy. it’s so, so indescribably painful to hear that your people have been brutalized where they’re supposed to feel most safe, their holy place under the protection of their godperson. this act is one that is intended to strip bare devotion and loyalty, to drive a wedge between culture and relations and prayer that shape and mold us, and it’s working. my heart aches for the muslim community today and always. i’m so sorry for your losses.
